What to include

A complete notice needs:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• The work you claim is infringed, described well enough to identify it.
• The page address of the listing you want reviewed.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

After a notice

Brazz will review complete notices and remove or disable access to a listing when the notice is valid. If you sent a notice by mistake, or you believe a listing was removed in error, reply to the same address with an explanation and your contact details.

Notices that leave out the listing address or the work in question cannot be matched to a page.
